Management
Step By Step, Inc.'s Executive Management Team consists of the President/CEO, the Executive Vice-President of Operations (COO), the Vice President of Finance (CFO), the Vice President of Human Resources, and four Regional Vice Presidents of Operations. This team is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the Agency's operations as well as planning for future services and activities.

Board of Directors
Step By Step Inc.'s Board of Directors is made up of individuals representing various segments of the community. Directors shall serve as a policy-making group for the agency; select the President/CEO; and, serve as liaisons to the community at large and promote the services of the agency.
The officers of the Board of Directors include a Chairperson, a vice-Chairperson; an Immediate Past Chairperson, a Secretary, a Treasurer, an Assistant Secretary, and a President/CEO.

Advisory Committee
Step By Step, Inc.’s Board of Directors have established Advisory Committees in each of the four (4) regions where the corporation provides service. The purpose of the Advisory Committee is to provide a mechanism for acquiring community based input, and shall have members who represent the local and professional communities, consumers and families, which the agency is associated.
