Step By Step, Inc. provides comprehensive training for all employees. The minimum qualifications in order to be considered for an interview are: 18 years of age or older, High School Diploma or G.E.D., a valid driver’s license from your state of residence, must be insurable under Step By Step’s insurance carrier’s regulations, and must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Prospective applicants should bring the names, addresses and telephone numbers of at least three professional references (educational references may be used for applicants who recently completed a training program or schooling instead of recent employment). Applicants should also bring documentation regarding education / training /certifications.

Conditional employment may be offered after successful completion of the interview and receipt of references. Conditional employment means that the applicant must receive medical clearance by Step By Step, Inc.’s occupational provider, criminal history background report clearance, driver’s insurability clearance by our insurance carrier, and successful completion of the paid orientation training.
