CRR is a temporary housing option for individuals with a mental illness who need staff support to learn
the skills necessary to live successfully within their community. CRR programs provide trained staff 24
hours day, with both apartment-style and group home-style settings. Some programs offer specialized
supports such as: Group Home for Young Adult Population (age 18-23), Services for Dually Diagnosed
D & A/MH, and Respite Placement. The program is voluntary and designed to assist individuals
learn skills to live more independently in the community.
