Step By Step,Inc. Behavioral Support Services for adults connects individuals, their caregivers and their treatment teams with valuable intervention insights and tools for behavioral improvement.

Adults ages 21+ with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health and autism diagnoses benefit from skilled, supportive staff members offering a strong emphasis on applied behavior analysis (ABA). Services are provided in one or more locations determined by the individual’s scenario and needs, ranging from home settings and day programs to the larger community.

Lasting Life Skills

Individuals, their caregivers, and Step By Step, Inc. professionals work together closely to develop and implement successful behavioral strategies focused on the individual’s strengths, with the goal of building effective and lasting coping skills.

Services provided include functional behavior assessments (FBAs), development of behavioral support plans, training, education and support to caregivers.
